Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy To provide the best care and scheduling availability for all clients, we ask that all appointments be booked thoughtfully and cancelled with adequate notice. Booking Policy Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking system or directly with our office. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Cancellation Policy We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of the session. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session in order to respect the next scheduled appointment. Full session fees may still apply. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking and Cancellation Policy.
