Month-to-Month Gym Memberships are available at Health and Exercise Prescriptions! You must be enrolled in a custom designed exercise program or be training with one of our trainers, in order to take advantage of one of our two membership options:

 

• Our first option is $50.00 a month and includes gym access only.

 

• Our second option is $80.00 a month and includes gym access plus two 30-min infrared sauna sessions and a 30 min introductory massage.

We are limited to only 50 members, so your workout routine will be most likely be private, unlike any other gym membership out there.
