Affordable Recovery Tools—In the Studio or at Home
Recovery support can be incorporated into the care you are already receiving—or continued at home between appointments. Sometimes you simply need access to the right equipment, a clear protocol, and enough time to use it consistently.
Health and Exercise Prescriptions® is introducing new self-service recovery options in Bellingham. Add eligible in-studio equipment to another scheduled service for $20, or rent eligible portable equipment for $50 per week, subject to availability.
What Is Available?
Red and Near-Infrared Light Therapy
Our light therapy panels provide a convenient, noninvasive option that may be incorporated into a broader recovery or wellness routine.
The panels can be positioned around different areas of the body according to your goals and the equipment instructions. They may be useful for people who want a simple recovery practice following exercise, physical work, or periods of increased muscular demand.

Dolphin Neurostim/MPS
Dolphin Neurostim devices apply gentle microcurrent stimulation to selected points on the body.
Because correct placement and use are important, orientation and an individualized protocol are required before independent or take-home use. This service is intended to complement appropriate medical care, bodywork, exercise, breathwork, and other recovery strategies—not replace them. This device can be used for pain and vagal stimulation.

Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna offers a quiet space to warm the body, relax, and decompress.
Unlike a traditional high-humidity sauna, an infrared sauna uses radiant heat. Sessions can be adjusted according to your experience, heat tolerance, health considerations, and hydration status.
The sauna remains an in-studio service and must be scheduled in advance.

TDP Mineral Infrared Heat Lamp
The TDP mineral heat lamp provides focused warmth that can be directed toward a selected area of the body.
The lamp must be positioned correctly to protect the skin and maintain a safe distance. In-studio orientation is required before self-service use.

Simple, Affordable Pricing
In-studio recovery add-on: $20
Add an available recovery service to another scheduled HEP® service. Session length and equipment availability may vary.
Take-home equipment rental: $50 per week
Eligible portable equipment may be rented for home use after orientation. Each rental includes basic instructions, equipment-use guidelines, and a scheduled return date.
Take-home availability depends on the specific device and current rental inventory.
Self-Service Does Not Mean Unsupported
Before using the equipment independently, you will receive guidance covering:
Basic operation and positioning
Recommended session length
Cleaning and equipment care
Important precautions
When to discontinue use
When medical clearance may be appropriate
Safe transportation and return requirements
A signed rental agreement is required for take-home equipment. Additional consent or acknowledgment forms may be required depending on the device.
How These Services Fit Within HEP®
These recovery tools are not standalone modalities. They are supportive options that may complement movement, exercise, massage, rest, stress management, and appropriate medical care. To find what works best for you, you can rent it to try it.
At Health and Exercise Prescriptions®, services are selected around your health history, current abilities, recovery needs, and goals.
If you are managing an injury, returning from rehabilitation, or uncertain where to begin, the $155 Physical Assessment provides a more complete starting point.
Ready to Add Recovery Support?
Add an eligible in-studio recovery service to your scheduled appointment for $20, or ask about an eligible take-home equipment rental for $50 per week.
Availability is limited, and advance scheduling is required. Contact Health and Exercise Prescriptions® to reserve equipment or determine which option may fit your needs.
