OUR GENERAL CONSULTATION is a simple introductory conversation designed to help you clarify your goals, concerns, and possible next steps. It gives you an opportunity to discuss where you are now, what you would like to improve, and which HEP® services or programs may be the best fit for you.

If your needs involve injuries, movement limitations, rehabilitation, or a more detailed evaluation, we may recommend beginning with the $155 Physical Assessment instead.
